A Little About the Hillbilly
I started a YouTube channel after being Diagnosed with Cancer. My goal was to take my mind off everything I was about to embark on. through Hillbillyfoodporn on YouTube, I developed a seasoning blend that I & Multitudes of others enjoy. through the many Videos I've refined to 3 that I've been told i should share with the World. Wanting Bring everyone together with Food.

Finally picked up some Hillbilly Pops pig seasoning and smoked up some thick juicy pork chops on the Traeger. I definitely recommend this seasoning, it’s different than I usually season my pork chops and come to find out I may have had a thing or two to learn when it comes to pork seasoning.
